Today as Daniel and I were in the car going to run errands together:
Daniel: Sometimes I get this feeling...
Me: What sort of feeling?
Daniel: I don’t how to explain it, but it’s REALLY good.
After talking a little more about this really good feeling Daniel says, “I never got this feeling before we started Lifestyle of Learning and how to love better.” 2-15-2012 ***
The great thing about a Lifestyle of Learning is that it’s like a package deal or something, it frees up your week and you don’t have to go to a strange building to learn it. ~Alina (age 13) 1-25-2012
She said this during a conversation this morning when we were remembering how busy our life once was... filled with 2 homeschool co-ops, sports activities and lots and lots of church activities.

Bittersweet moment (more sweet than bitter though): Tonight was my 12 y/o’s night to cook and as we were working together on dinner she told me, “When I was little I told myself I wasn’t going to be mean to my children, and now I have so much hope because I know that I will be a loving mamma, because of what you are learning.” (Tears of gratitude are welling up) ~Alina 8-18-11
